Contract for specific work

In addition to hiring employees, the form of a specific work and employment contract in accordance with §§ 631ff BGB (German Civil Code) gives you a second opportunity to hire ACCURAT employees in your company. Unlike temporary work to meet short-term order peaks or to respond to seasonal fluctuations, specific work and service contracts are often used to outsource entire production steps to ACCURAT, e.g. factory canteen operation, cleaning services, component supply or machine maintenance.

How many hours are needed for this or how many employees will be implemented does not have to apply to you as the Principal. Together with you, we define the services to be performed, their dimensions, dates and scope of responsibility. ACCURAT is responsible for the performance of the specific work contract in terms of deadlines, content and organization – and you only pay for the result of the work.
